Comments If you're serious about writing your own Delphi Components, then you had two sources: the Component Writer's Guide and my Under Construction column in The Delphi Magazine. With this book, Ray has given us a great additional source of information: Developing Custom Delphi Components. From design to implementation, including the final touches such as palette bitmaps and on-line help. Ray also introduces "Business Objects" to encapsulate business rules for large-scale applications. This book also contains a large appendix on 32-bit specifics for component builders (even though the book was published just before Delphi 2.0 was released). The CD-ROM contains all source and more. A must-have for every serious Component Builder.
