The book was written to satisfy readers with intermediate- to advanced-level development skills.
While most sections in the book are primarily for programmers, some will actually appeal more to the project leader or manager!
I can recommend this book to Delphi programmers who use Delphi for team development, i.e.
where a group of Delphi programmers work together on Delphi applications.
