This is a good hands-on beginning book on Delphi.
Don't let the title fool you: this book is not only for "dumb" people, but for everyone who wants to "learn-Delphi-by-doing".
The only (minor) downside is that the book covers *both* versions of Delphi, in contrast with the first edition which was only about Delphi 1.
A second edition only about Delphi 2 could have been even better, IMHO.
Still, you'll have a hard time in finding a better introduction Delphi book... -- Bob Swart |
